The staff here are always efficient and attentive. This trip they were particularly helpful and even recalled our previous visits and requirements. The fresh flower displays in the lobby are magnificent. Many came from Baguio and apparently some were from Ecuador! We enjoyed the facilities at The Gallery Club. A good range of food and drinks are provided throughout the day and the lounge is peaceful and overlooks the picturesque lobby. The Spices restaurant offers a large and tasty collection of dishes originating in the East. The restaurant staff are knowledgeable and refreshingly engaging.

I left my ipad behind - the staff kept it safe and I had no problem getting it back Breakfast (room service) was excellent It is not a new hotel, but it has been wonderfully maintained. The lobby is so elegant. I have stayed in several hotels in Manila - I would say the Manila Peninsula is the best hotel of all. It is in the middle of the business district (but you do nor feel that) and the best shopping area is just a short walk away.

Every single member of staff that I encountered were courteous & professional in every way possible & couldn't have been more helpful. The Makati location is superb & the view from my room, out towards Bonifacio Global City, was very impressive.

The pool is iconic and lovely. Bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Likewise, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Tbh, I rarely eat enough to justify the cost, but to me, it's worth it just to try something I might not have otherwise. And of course, the beds are comfortable, the sheets crisp and clean, and the shower has the best water pressure and always hot. I always stay here. Can't beat the location in Makati.

Customer service on my 1st day dining was ok did not match the level of service Miguel provided at check in. Miguel attended to and was keen on all the details of our needs without me for discussing or asking for the services we needed for my disabled mother.
